We bring our own supplies and equipment unless you would rather we use yours. Some clients have hardwood, natural stone, or a sensitivity to fragrance, and we are glad to use the products you trust. Just tell us and leave them out.

You do not have to be home. Most of our recurring clients give us a lockbox code, a garage code, or a spare key, and come back to a finished house. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too. Either way we text when we are on the way and text again when we are done.
